All non-bike items and a limited number of bike models have the option to ship to home. All other bikes ordered online will be delivered to your chosen local authorized Fuji dealer.

Item(s) in new, unassembled, unused condition and with all original packaging, hangtags, and parts will be eligible for a refund when returned within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping fees apply.

2018 Fuji Sanibel Ebike

My men’s model still charges and I have the same 20 mile range on the battery. This bike is the best I have ever owned. I love the cruiser style and people notice it.

Terrible customer service

I'm a single mom that saved enough to buy a bike for my son for transportation to his first job. After 2 months it won't stay on. Battery says charged. They say take it to a dealership on their website, after making arrangements, we did they said no we do not work on them.
No one will look at it. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to Fuji customer support and NO RESPONSE!
I spent a lot of money for a bike that is 3 months old and surely still under warranty and it sits in my living room. I am definitely NOT a satisfied customer and would NOT recommend your product !!!

Apologies for any frustrations! We would happily help make this right. We understand the Fuji dealer you originally purchased the bike from has since closed. Taking your bike to the closes Fuji dealer for diagnosis is our main recommendation. While replacing the battery can seem like a simple solution, it may not address the route problem.
