For 120+ years, Fuji has built bikes for riders who push limits—on racecourses, mountainsides, and city streets. The Fuji Pro Program continues that legacy, supporting pros, industry partners, and community leaders who grow the sport. Membership is a privilege: represent the ride with respect, act with integrity, and help elevate cycling for all.
1. Create An Account
The first step is to sign in or create an account. If you are applying as an industry professional, please sign up using your work email address. Return here to continue the process.
2. Submit An Application
After creating your account, you’ll need to apply for Pro membership. Please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility, such as industry credentials, professional licenses, or employment verification.

Membership & Eligibility
Application Required: Member-ship is by application only, with current proof of eligibility (e.g., industry credentials, professional licenses, or employment verification).
Annual Renewal: Membership expires every 12 months and requires updated proof of eligibility for renewal.
Non-Transferable: Pro accounts are personal and individual. They cannot be shared, transferred, or used on behalf of others.
Approval at Fuji's Discretion: Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed, and Fuji reserves the right to revoke membership at any time.

Program Usage
Personal Use Only: Purchases are for you, the member, and your own riding needs. Buying for friends, family, or resale is strictly prohibited.
Confidential Pricing: Your Pro discount is confidential. Sharing or publicizing it is not permitted.
Orders & Shipping: All orders must be placed through your approved Fuji Pro account and shipped to a valid Continental U.S. address.
Purchase Limits: Fuji may set annual purchase limits to ensure fair use of the program.
Exclusions: Pro pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, sale events, bundles, or discounts.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
Final Sale: All Pro purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
Warranty Coverage: All products purchased under the Pro Program are covered by Fuji’s standard warranty policies, beginning on the date of delivery.

Ambassadors of Fuji: As a Pro member, you are part of the Fuji family. We ask that you represent Fuji with integrity and authenticity — whether that’s in your professional work, at the trailhead, or on the road.
Positive Advocacy: Members are encouraged to share honest reviews, stories, and content that reflect Fuji’s values of fun, adventure, and thoughtful innovation.
Misuse: Any misuse — including ordering for others, reselling, or breaking confidentiality — will result in immediate removal from the program.
Pro Agreement
By joining and participating in the Fuji Bikes Pro Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Fuji reserves the right to update or change the program at any time. Continued participation signifies your acceptance of any new or updated terms.
