Couldn't load pickup availability

Bike was delivered with a broken Hanger. I purchased a hanger and contacted fuji about getting a warranty replacement. I was told there would be 2 hangers in the shipment. I received only 1. I emailed support 3 times asking for the charge to be removed for the hanger (since it should be covered under warranty) 2+ weeks without a response and no refund to my credit card, so it was not as promised.

Sorry about any confusion! We did send a separate order for the no charge warranty replacement along with some freebies to thank you for all of the Fuji love! We assumed you purchased additional hangers for backup purposes as well. If you did not get the additional order or still have questions, please let us know and we'll make it right!
