Getting your Fuji is easier than ever! We’ve teamed up with a network of Fuji dealers to make it possible for you to shop online for your new bike and pick it up at your participating shop, and assembly is FREE.

Not seeing the bike you want online? Contact your Fuji dealer and they may have the bike you want in their own stock.

How does it work?

  • If your model is in stock locally, you can buy it online and pick it up at your Fuji retailer within one to two days.
  • If the bike is not available locally, we’ll ship it to the participating shop and they’ll build it for you. The process generally takes 7-10 business days.

Can I have the bike shipped to my home

No, all bikes must be shipped to participating dealers and built by experienced mechanics

How will I know when it’s ready to go?

  • If the bike is in stock locally, you’ll receive an email when it’s ready to be picked up. If it is already built at the shop you should be notified in one to two days, if it needs to be built allow at least three business days
  • If we’re shipping it to your dealer, you’ll receive an email when it ships from our warehouse and a second email when the bike is built and ready for pick up

How do I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I pay in-store for an online purchase?

No, the entire transaction takes place online for a streamlined process.

When will my purchase be charged to me

The amount is charged upon online checkout.

Are online orders safe?

Definitely! Your safety on and off the bike is always our top priority! We use the latest in electronic fraud protection, so your order is secure. Neither Fuji or the local Fuji dealer will store your credit information.

What will I need to show to pick up my bike?

You’ll need a photo ID and a copy of your purchase order.

Is my order confirmation email considered an official receipt?

Yes

What if I want to return my bike?

The bike must be in brand new condition and never ridden to return it. The dealer that you picked the bike up from can process the return for you.
