Across the country, communities are sheltering in place to slow the curve of COVID-19. In order to minimize contamination, many areas are closing all non-essential businesses and bike shops have made the cut and are considered essential due to their ability to service people who rely on their bikes to commute to their essential jobs and avoid crowds on public transit.
Bicycling Magazine investigated how bike shops are keeping the Los Angeles community rolling as the state enters the fifth week of a shelter in place order. One of these shops is Paisano's, a Southern LA Fuji dealer. The father son team of Paisano and Abraham are working hard day in and day out to keep essential workers rolling.
