Despite an injury-filled season that sidelined her for the Olympics, Fuji's Annika Langvad overcame all odds - including puncturing in the last
7k and crashing on the final downhill stretch - to win her 2nd consecutive UCI Elite Women's Marthon World Championship title! She fought to the finish aboard her SLM 26, painted in the colors of the Danish flag, and rightfully claimed her spot at the top of the podium for the 2nd year in a row.
