If you need information regarding models from 1999 or earlier, your best bet is to take it to a local dealer for a visual inspection.
My dealer doesn’t have a specific model or size in stock.  Can you help me find it?
Unfortunately there is not an easy way for us to determine our dealers’ current inventories. It is not unusual for a bike to be special ordered and pre-sold before it even arrives at the dealer. For this reason, attempting to locate a bike through our history of purchase orders is not a good way to track down a bike. However, we do have a dealer locator at the bottom of our home page that can help you find the dealers closest to you. If a dealer does not have a particular model and size in stock, they may be willing to special order one.
Can I buy a bike from you directly?
We strongly believe in the importance of the service that is provided by a local dealer who can help you in person. Your local Fuji dealer can assist you with choosing the model that best matches your riding style and goals, selecting the proper size and ensure that the bike is properly assembled. Your local dealer can also provide service and maintenance after the sale. For these reasons, our bikes are sold only through our network of local dealers.
Is touch up paint available?
We do not have original touch up paint available. However, toy and hobby stores often carry a wide variety of paints for model cars, airplanes, etc. that can provide a very close match.
I didn’t receive an owner’s manual.  How can I get one?
Owner’s manuals are included with each bike when they are shipped from the factories. The shop where you purchased the bike should have one available. If they do not, please e-mail a request (including your mailing address) to Warranty@FujiBikes.com and we will send one as they become available. We do not have the owner’s manual available in a format to be e-mailed at this time.
Will the owner’s manual help me repair my bike?
Owner’s manuals are rather generic by necessity. With several dozen models of bicycles that change every year, it is simply not feasible to write a specific manual for each individual bike every year. If you need specific maintenance advice, ask your local bike shop if they provide seminars on bike maintenance. There are also quite a few good books about maintenance available, as well as internet sites dedicated to the topic.

WARRANTY (USA)

What is your warranty policy?
Fuji Limited Lifetime Warranty

POLICY:
Advanced Sports, Inc. provides the original retail purchaser of each new Fuji bicycle a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the bicycle frame and rigid fork when purchased from and assembled by an authorized Fuji dealer. Fuji also warrants, for one year, all original parts on the bicycle excluding paint, decals, tires, tubes, chains and other wear & tear items. Suspension forks and rear shock absorbers shall be covered by the stated warranty of their original manufacturers.

REMEDY:
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork, or part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through an authorized Fuji dealer. Proof of purchase is required. A warranty registration card must be completed and received by Fuji Bicycles/Advanced Sports, Inc. before a warranty claim can be processed. Warranty remedies are subject to depreciation based on age and use of the bicycle.
EXCLUSIONS:
Improper assembly or follow-up maintenance voids the warranty. This warranty also does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect, or modification of the frame, fork or components. Labor charges for parts changeovers are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage associated with commercial use, racing or competition, stunts or lack of technical skill of the user.
LIABILITY LIMITATION:
Fuji Bicycles/Advanced Sports, Inc. shall not be responsible for
incidental or consequential damages including damages for personal injury, property damage or economic losses. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
That’s really nice.  What does it mean in plain English?
Simply put, we warranty the frame and specific components for the time period described above. This warranty covers defects in the materials that are used, as well as the way the individual parts are manufactured. It does NOT cover damage due to improper assembly, lack of maintenance, funky after market add-ons, crashes, or driving in to the garage with bikes on the car’s roof rack. It also does not cover normal wear and tear. Things such as tires, chains, handlebar tape and other items will need to be replaced with regular use – consider it a good sign that you’ve been able to ride a lot!  By the way, our lawyers asked that you please refer to the warranty stated above for specific information and the definitive policy.
My derailleur hanger broke off.  That’s a valid warranty claim, right?
Well, the derailleur hanger is actually designed to break in case it is exposed to severe stress. By breaking, the derailleur hanger actually prevents the stress from being transferred to your frame, and resulting in a more costly repair. Derailleur hangers are made from a single piece of metal. If they fail, it is because of some other preceding event. Perhaps the hanger was weakened but not broken off during a previous accident, and it finally failed under the stress of a sprint, steep hill climb, or enough miles. Maybe the rear derailleur was improperly adjusted, and hit the wheel’s spokes. Either way, damage resulting from a broken derailleur hanger is not covered under warranty.
How can I make a warranty claim?
The first step in any warranty claim is to take your bike to a local authorized Fuji dealer. It does not have to be the shop where the bike was purchased; any Fuji dealer should be able to help you. If you are outside of the US, please contact your local distributor or the authorized Fuji representative for your country. We rely on the dealers to be our “eyes” for us.  If the dealer determines that the situation is a valid warranty claim, they will follow up with us.  Once the dealer contacts us, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We ride too, and we know what it’s like to go through riding withdrawal – we want to get you back out on the road, track, or trails as soon as possible!

Do you have a crash replacement program?

Have you ever driven your car in to the garage with the bike on the roof rack?  If so, we can help take the sting out of replacing damaged equipment. If your Fuji frame or bicycle has been damaged due to an accident, we can help with replacing it at a reduced cost. Please check with your local dealer regarding the latest pricing, policy guidelines, and product availability. Any frame or bicycle sold through this program requires that the damaged frame be returned to Fuji before the replacement item is shipped – sorry, no exceptions. Please also be aware that any shipping and/or labor costs are not covered as part of this program.  All crash replacement purchases are to be done through an authorized Fuji dealer.

Does the warranty cover freight and labor costs?

Here’s the skinny on that:
1. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the bike to Fuji for a warranty claim.
2. Fuji covers ground shipping back to the dealer (we don’t ship directly to consumers).
3. The customer is responsible for any labor charges incurred at the dealer.
