The Boulder triathlete used to compete for his native New Zealand, which won a gold and silver medal in the triathlon at the Athens Olympics.

Easy Fix: Tighten handlebar end plug.

This alert is to inform you of an important assembly and process for all 2003, 2004 and 2005 Shakalaka, Shangri-La, and Shangri-La for Two; 2006 Shangri-La 1.0, 2.0 and 4.2.
The handlebar grip end plug may be loose or become loose and will need to be tightened to ensure that the grips do not come off easily.
Step 1: To tighten the end plug: use a flat or Phillips head screw driver and turn the screw (set in the center of the end plug) to the right until the end plug is secured on the handlebar.
