TRAINING TIP
www.wenzelcoaching.com
While it's tempting to ride year round if the weather allows, try to include some cross training, especially during the off season. Cross training such as weights, swimming and hiking can help correct muscle imbalances, give chronic pains a break, and just as importantly, give you a mental break from your routine.

FAMOUS BIKES
Fuji hits the big screen! Look for Fuji bikes in these two films:
By Warner Bros., "A Cinderella Story" is a film about high school kids. Fuji bikes can be seen in several scenes with the main characters. You don't even have to squint to see them!
20th Century Fox's new release "Taxi," starring Queen Latifa as a bike messenger in NYC, features two Fuji models. Look for Fuji's Thrill and Tahoe throughout the film.
